The service
Lifeffect is a personal meditation log. It is not medical care, therapy, or an emergency service.
Accounts
You use an account we create. Keep the sign-in private, and use the app only for your own log.
Your log
You are responsible for what you write. You can edit or delete a session.
Oura
Connecting Oura is optional. We only bring in meditation sessions, and yoga when you log it as an activity, as described in the privacy policy. Oura’s own terms also apply to the ring and the Oura app.
Availability
The service is offered as it is. We may change, pause, or stop parts of it.
